LACK OF ACCESS TO EDUCATION IN RUSSIA, KAZAKHSTAN AND KYRYSTAN
IN RUSSIA:
There is a chance that you will not receive a quality education or even an education at all. The tens of thousands of chlidren with disabilities living in state orphanages face particularly severe obstacles to obtaining any formal education. Other families are less fortunate thats's why they can't send their children to schools to have a nice education. Other are home schooled and only visited by their teachers only few times a week.
